We started keeping bees in the Spring of 2011. We've had 3 hives and caught a couple of swarms so far.
2012 has been very prosperous for us. 15 gallons of honey along with 4 shallows of combs/rounds.
We live close to the entrance of Antelope Island in Syracuse, Utah

*How big is the cluster of bees? (Softball, Basketball, Beachball size)
*Can someone meet me at the location?
How do you keep safe with a swarm nearby?
1. Keep a safe distance from the bees or stay indoors.
2. Do not spray them with water or pesticides.
3. Remember the bees will leave soon. They often will stay for a short time them move somewhere else when they find a better spot.
